correction
During the PDI the LP test was conducted lock on pressure lock off pressure operating pressure. Were all correct within range drop test at the two minute. Mark would drop 1 inch on the water column to 7 x 3 minutes. It was just below seven turned everything off turned everything back on restarted the drop test the exact same thing happened again made sure everything was off double checked the water heater the furnace and the stove, both the cooktop and the oven made sure all of them were turned off, started the drop test again by the two minute mark the exact same thing happened again. Turn the propane on full pressure started at the tanks work my way from the top of the tanks through the pigtails through my test block the main LP line follow the LP line all the way through the entire frame all connections testing every single connection from front to back found no leaks went inside. Removed an access panel to gain access to the backside of the water heater tested the connection at the water heater with the soap no leaks detected, tested the backside of the furnace no leaks detected however, access to the backside of these stove would require extensive removal and un screwing to get to the actual connection which was not done. *1000* Remove the test block, reconnected the main propane line to the tanks went back inside turned on the cooktop with the top burners turned on the oven and let them run for an extended period of time turned on the furnace to the highest temperature setting on the thermostat, let it run for an extended period of time turned on the water heater with city water hooked up and ran the water heater again for an extended period of time, one by one turned to each of the appliances back off, starting with the oven and the cooktop then the furnace then the water heater turned the water off, went back reconnected the test block to the propane system connected on the manometer retested the entire system for lock on lock off and operating pressure. They were all correct and within proper ranges conducted another drop test. There was no change at eight on the water column at three minutes. I continued to drop test to five minutes and there was no change. It held eight on the water column for a total of five minutes. What was found is leak through on the appliances that was causing a fail. Drop test the appliances. Needed to be run for an extended period of time. Allowing the seals and seats to properly activate and works properly. REQUESTING 1.50

@Jeannette B Job 1 - FR wants to know if you have pictures from the "extensive" testing done.
Job 2 - If the tank monitors are not reading, have you filled up the black tanks through the toilets? There is no way that it would take more than an hour to test, diagnose and repair the black tank flush system. Need additional pictures during testing. Underbelly opened and following the flush lines to the sprayers etc
Job 3 approved .1
Job 4 - need picture showing the leak and where it is coming from. I double checked the pics, and I can't see water coming from anywhere.
Job 5 - approved .5 - only authorized to repair existing mount. Do not replace!
Job 6 - approved .05 - excessive labor

@Stephanie K Tim does not have additional pictures but after many of hours of testing he spoke with Andera with Forest River and was told they had a bad batch of sensors and they need to be replaced

@Stephanie K I was just informed this is a totally different issue. Tim did not talk with Andera on this. But he still does not have additional pictures than what Jessica uploaded yesterday

@Stephanie K For job 4. He has pictures showing water leaking on the floor and water coming out of the top of the valve. It needs to be blown up, if they cannot see the water.

Hey Jeannette. I'm not sure if maybe this is the one you were thinking of where you mentioned a labor breakdown. This one isn't specifically asking for a labor breakdown, but FR is not in agreement with the labor requested. Sarah had mentioned that the complaint had been changed from "black tank flush inop" to "black tanks not reading." If it is indeed the black tank flush not working properly, I can try to get that corrected to see if some of the things needed by FR drop off.

@Sarah C @Jeannette B On this one, do you want me to change the complaint to the black tank flush is inop? There is feedback waiting on this line under the complaint I have that the black tanks are not reading, but if that is not the actual problem, the feedback may not be needed or could be different. I asked Jeanette the last time I talked with her, but she needed to check, and then I went on vacation.

What are we thinking on this one? The feedback was requested July 22nd and I have not been able to answer his question. I'm surprised it has not automatically denied yet, but I am worried that it will soon. His question is below, however, if it's a matter of the concern being incorrect and it should have stated "black tank flush is inop" instead of "black tanks are not reading" I can let him know and see if that changes what is being requested.
Question from FR:
If the tank monitors are not reading, have you filled up the black tanks through the toilets?
