Checked monitor panel showed fresh tank at 1/3 full All other tanks showed empty Opened the bottom board, had to disconnect and moved the stabilizer jacks in the front out of the way , pulled bottom board down verified the fresh tank was empty, which it was. Removed monitor panel from the wall pulled the wiring out. Switched the blue and grey wires fresh tank showed empty and the grey tank tank showed 1/3. One by one removed the wires from the fresh tank *73173* starting with the yellow wire showed 1/3 green wire showed 1/3 removed orange wire showed empty. Reconnected the yellow wire showed 1/3 Called KIB left a message for tech support to further diagnosis. Job on hold. KIB returned call the following day spoke with Tammy. Explained to Tammy the process that I had done for diagnosing the issue with the fresh tank. All the information that she gave me on the phone was the exact same thing that I had done with the exception of testing the fresh tank to ground to see if it read full. The monitor panel did show full when the fresh tank was disconnected it showed empty which indicated the monitor panel was working correctly. I went underneath the unit and I connected the sensor wire for full to the 1/3 sensor the monitor panel indicated the tank was full I connected the 1/3 sensor to the full sensor and the monitor panel indicated empty. Removed the 1/3 sensor replaced it with a new sensor check the monitor panel and it indicated the tank was empty. To further test the sensors to ensure that they were working I did fill the fresh tank with freshwater and I watched the monitor panel go from empty to 130 to 2/3 to full. I then began draining the fresh tank and monitoring the monitor panel from full to 2/3 to 1/3. However I noticed that the water stopped draining from the tank I looked inside and I could see that the tank still had water and pressed up on the fresh tank in the tank began draining again I verified the unit was level both link wise and crosswise the unit is level pushing the fresh tank up on the side where the sensors are the tank began draining again and drained until it was empty. I found the difference was approximately 3/4 ELIANA GONZALEZ, GLORIA Customer #: 61351 of an inch I cut two pieces of Lumber that was 3/4 of an inch thick and I wedged the tank upward the tank completed its draining and the fresh tank sensor indicated the tank was now empty the show that the tank sensors are not working correctly. Reattach the bottom board, reattach the electric stabilizer jacks using foam spray filled the areas that I removed foam to pull the bottom board down to examine the fresh tank and the sensors once this was complete and then went inside the unit I reattach the monitor panel back to the wall. This job is now complete the sensors are working correctly and reading correctly. 5.0 Requested Labor Job # Description Total 9 MONITOR PANEL DIAGNOSE N/C Parts *61351* Part # Description Qty Price Total 90M24147A TANK PROBE 1.00 N/C N/C Subtotal for Job #9: 0.00 Job #10 - Warranty
