@Stephanie K For job #1 the tech found additional issues - this is what he found:
Filled up black tank all the way until standing water in toilet. filling up gray tank currently to check for leaks. Determined that shower is leaking at the drain underneath the shower .Upon taking it to be dumped a bunch of water built up on the under belly padding from the leaking shower.Directly in the spot that the customer stated.need one hour to repair .
4/14/26-I went to go and replace the plumbers putty around the shower drain when I removed it I noticed that somebody have used decor to seal it up. After I cleaned it up around the drain, noticed a notch thats around the drain circle ..see picture.going to rebuild to the best of my ability, so customer can use unit .recommend shower pan be replaced it will eventually leak. I got the shower drain to stop leaking but noticed when the shower is shooting to the back wall it drips from the back of the panel in between the wall in the pan underneath. Further recommending for pan replacement.. The drain will need to be removed, the shower curtain strips will need to be removed the enclosure will need to be removed, the plumbing for the shower handles that leads to the showerhead will need to be removed. In the pictures there are some measurements and potentially the tag model number. Requesting 5 hours to remove all items, fix and reinstall.
I uploaded the additional pictures

Hey Jeannette, I wanted to make sure you saw the email Joelianna sent yesterday. They are requesting a labor breakdown for each step needed for the repair. This was her response.
At your earliest convenience, please provide a detailed breakdown of the additional five hours you are requesting so we can move forward with the review.Additionally, please note that we are requesting a step‑by‑step outline of the anticipated repair process, including the estimated time required for each step.Thank you.

Hey Jeannette, I forwarded you the email from Andrea, but also wanted to put the notation here. She is only willing to approved 4.0 hours for this repair.
Thank you very much for the detailed breakdown. I really appreciate it! I compared the breakdown to our flat rate manual and I can authorize 4.0hrs but I don’t think I can authorize much more than that. I came up with 3.45 but am rounding up to allow more time. Please see the break down below. Her breakdown is below.
R&I Shower Faucet - .40
R&I Shower door track - .25
R&I Rivets - .50
R&I Shower drain -.20
R&I Shower surround – 1.0
R&I Shower pan – 1.0
R&I P-trap - .40
R&R Seal -.20
Total – 3.45hrs – authorized hours = 4.0

@Jeannette B Job 6 was added after we got PA for this work order. Is this a duplicate line? There is no time. You also have the shower pan billed twice, but I can only find one invoice for it. Please advise.

@Stephanie K Good morning. OMG, I honestly don't know what happened there. Both Ree and I checked it prior to me finalizing it. Job 6 was a part of Job #1 but I thought you and I talked about putting it as a separate line. The labor times should add up, but then again I don't know how the pan got billed twice.

@Brian P Hey Brian, on this one Jeannette was going to check with the tech to see if he had the regulator so it could be sent back. I haven't heard anything and that was a couple days ago, and Jeannette is off today. Would you be willing to see if the regulator is able to be returned, and if so, send me the tracking number if it can go out?

@Jeannette B Good morning! Forest River sent me an email today to advise me that the regulator that was returned to FR is not the correct one. They stated it is not one that they use and asked for the correct one to be returned. Jobs 4 & 5 are paid now, so if you are not able to find the correct regulator, those two jobs may be debited.
