Hey, I got them, but for the recliner, they needed pictures of the tags as well. I didn't see them uploaded here. I got the PA in with what you sent, but just want to let you know I might still need those. Also, I had to put jobs 12 & 13 on a new PA, the information FR was asking for was not received in time, and they were denied on the original PA. The new claim number for those two jobs is 2678561.

@Jeannette B MOST CURRENT UPDATE: Need pictures of entire recliner. Is this the right hand facing or the left hand facing? Need pictures of all tags and law tags on the underside of the recliner to be able to file a claim with the vendor.

The tech took the pictures needed. However, he said there is no repair needed. The spring was detached from the handle. Operating as designed now.
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Jun 11, 2026, 7:48 PM
Ok. If no time is needed to reattach the spring to the handle, this one is all set. I will move it to the PA approved folder. If you do need time for reattaching the spring to the handle, please send the pictures. I know he said no repair was needed, but just want to make sure that no time was needed for that portion as well. @Jeannette B

@Stephanie K Hey Stephanie. I will submit for parts to be ordered on the items that were approved. For Job #3 and 11 along with new findings I will transfer to a new WO, if that will work?
