@Brian P, can you print out the "Warranty Claim Form" that I have included here in DB and fill in the missing information and sign it so I can send it over to Lippert? If you want to edit the PDF first and add in the missing information first, that would also work. There is not any customer information on the work order besides a name, and I am not sure on the date of purchase or manufacture. I also don't have your Lippert dealer number or the invoice the part.

Thank for the invoice, I'm wondering though if it is the correct invoice? The price on the invoice is quite a bit higher than what you have billed here. Additionally, the part was ordered months before this unit came in for repair? It also seems to be a different part description on the invoice, so I just want to double check the part and pricing is correct on your work order.

The invoice shows when we purchased the actual complete awning. They sent a replacement fabric for that awning.
