Have a question, with this approval the workorder is ready to close. However, there is a part needing to put on the claim. Do I go ahead and close workorder?

Hey Brian. Before you close the work order you'd want to add all the parts to the work order, and if there was any shipping or shop supplies used, those should also before added before you close anything in IDS. Once you've added everything to the work order, you would send us the final copy that shows all the charges for labor, parts, etc. If the work is complete and all items have been added, then it should be ok to close in IDS. Thanks!

Can you call me, I have some questions on some procedures and this one would be a good one to ask on. I tried calling your cell.

@Brian P Hey there. Are you able to get me a final copy that shows the part pricing? The filter on line 1 is not a FR part number, so I need to know how much to claim. Additionally, if it is over $25 I need the invoice for it. For job 2 it looks like a part was replaced but you don't have anything billed out, please advise.

They used a head that was not in stock.

I'm not really sure if I am following, Brian. The part was not in stock from the manufacturer, so you replaced with a different part that you got somewhere else..and you don't want to claim it?

We can claim, but have to use like the NTP part cost to claim. I have a feeling the tech robbed from a stock unit. Once we get all the this old stuff we will be able to control the robbed parts much better.

What is the pricing you want me to claim for it?

What is the pricing you want me to claim for it? The pricing below is for the in line filter on job 1. Additionally, how are you recouping the cost for the part that was robbed?
