During inspection water was leaking on ground when conducting flood test. Checked connections at shower , sink, and faucets. Removed access cover under all fixtures and performed leak INC., MYERS "RV" CENTER, Customer #: 1000 test to ensure no pressure side leak present . Noted toilet level dropping . Inspected toilet seal but no leak noted. Remove and install underbelly from rear bumper to Axle had to remove propane quick connect and metal clamps. Removed foam and reseal underbelly 3.4hrs 1st attempt repair using liquid beutle . Had to pull unit out of bay to dump water out to allow adhesive to cure. Flood tested for 15 minutes and unit still leaked 1.8hrs 2nd attempt repair using abs glue. Pulled unit out and dumped and allowed tank to dry. Removed tank flush and cleaned both surfaces. Applied abs glue and secured tank flush to base . Let cure and flood tested to ensure repair. Unit passed leak test. 3.2 8.00HRS *1000*

I have 7 days left to enter a response in the FR portal about the time needed to do this repair for the water leak on line 4. As a reminder, FR asked for a breakdown of the 8.0 being requested.

Job 4 for the water leak is now denied. Time ran out to provide feedback. If the other lines are complete, I can submit those for payment with a final copy, and when you have the requested information for line 8, I can do a new PA for that.
