@Jeannette B Job 1 - Newmar emailed for authorization, but this was denied. No notes as to why. @Brian P Do you have any additional notes on this one? Job 2 - denied - no notations on why from Newmar. Any notes in IDS on why this may have been denied? Job 3 - Newmar stated this requires prior authorization with KIB tech support. They also need to know what is meant by "fresh water indicator is not working" does it read empty when full, full when empty, etc? Diag on how the sensor failed and screenshots of the sensor read pad prior to sensor reset are also needed. Job 4 - Feedback from newmar states that the wand is bluetoothed to the vac, if it is not connected it will appear that it is inop. Will it run if you open the door on the vacuum with the switch on?

Job 3 is now approved - 1.0 hour - PER KIB, THE STRIP SENSOR WILL NEED TO BE MOVED AS IT'S TOO CLOSE TO THE VALVE ON THE WATER LINE IN THE PIC. I WILL COVER 1.0 HOUR LABOR FOR REPLACING THE SENSOR THIS TIME, BUT IT WILL NEED MOVED IF IT FAILS AGAIN.

Spoke with Brian on this one - in regard to labor time increases on jobs 1, 3 and 4. Time bumped to 1.0 on line 1, time bumped to .6 on line 4. Job 3 - Phil advised to add a line for the additional sensor. New job line added. Will keep Brian posted on time approved.
