@DENNY HINTON I see that the pre auth asked for 6.7 hours, Forest River approved 4.0 hours/ repair order sent shows 5 hours. Did you want me to call FR to see if I can get the additonal hour? Moving this to corrections - Note: you don't have to do anything but respond back to me.

@Dianne L THIS JOB HAS ACTUALLY ALREADY BEEN PAID ON CLAIM#506836. BEN DIDN'T REALIZE THIS AND WROTE A SECOND TICKET FOR THE SAME UNIT, SAME JOB. IT WAS HANDLED BY OUR OLD WARRANTY ADMIN (TODD).
