Line 1: Yes, the soap test was done on the rim. The Lionshead warranty claim form is attached.
Line 3: Yes, it is being pulled all the way out.
Line 7: No, this is the same fabric on all photos. I went back on the device they were taken and verified. If you look closely, you can tell the defect on all photos are the same. The lighting is the reason it may look different in the photos.

@Ashlee O We have had this unit up at the building and this is the current reports for the following lines.
Line 1: The tire has held air and not went down in pressure for over 24 hrs now. Please note issue to vin.
Line 7: We allowed the awning fabric to be extended yesterday and today. Just checked the fabric and it looks like the indention has smoothed out. Please note as well.
