LCI feedback: Thank you for reaching out. Can you please tell me what trouble shooting was done to determine the motor to be bad?

With the unit sitting level the motor keeps amping out, checked around slide for obstructions none were found and checked v rollers for tightness. Tested voltage with unit unplugged 12.3 vdc. Tech found motor to be bad after checking all conditions.

@Stephanie D WO 26607 LCI feedback: Regarding this unit, I can authorize the replacement of the motor along with 1 hour of labor. I have attached our warranty claim form to be filled out to its entirely once the job is complete. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
