@Ashlee O We are claiming lines 1-4 & 6-8 only! (1,2,3,4,6,7,8) and I am forwarding you an email that LCI sent the tech on jobs 1 and 2. Tech said job 1 and 2 go together.

@Stephanie D WO 26386 FR feedback: job 1: 11/19/2025bvdillon@forestriverinc.comhello, can you advise if LCI has paid part and labor for this directly? If they have already given you an authorization I am a bit confused by this submission, did they request it to go through us? job 4: 11/19/2025bvdillon@forestriverinc.comHello, I am not seeing a screw in the photo, can you please provide a photo of this area from inside of the unit?
Stephanie Davis
dealer_or_external • Nov 19, 2025, 1:22 PM
On line 1: LCI approved the part and .50 labor. The unit is under Forest River warranty, so we filed with them. We are asking Forest River or LCI pay diagnostic time for the phone calls to Forest River and LCI.

@Stephanie D WO 26386 FR feedback: Job 1 11/21/2025mpegan@forestriverinc.comHello, we would be willing to cover 2 hours flat (1.50hr of diag time and the authorized 0.50hr for the unity board replacement). Please note that our tech department will know how to get around the unit a lot quicker than the vendor will, we use their parts but they do not install them in the units. Our tech support team is here to assist in getting the correct issue diagnosed, giving you the quickest repair for accurate remedy, and to support your technicians. If you are okay with the 2 hour labor coverage through Forest River please acknowledge this feedback and we will update the claim accordingly. Thank you! job 4: 11/21/2025mpegan@forestriverinc.comHello, is the screw you are mentioning the one at the bottom of the door frame where the steps are installed? This screw should not be long enough to puncture through the sidewall. Please advise, thank you.

Good morning, We will accept line 1 for 2.0. For line 4, I don't usually change the customers incoming complaint. This customer thought only a nail/screw could cause the issue so that is what they stated at check in.

Thanks Stephanie, do you know what is causing the spider crack on job 4?
Stephanie Davis
dealer_or_external • Nov 24, 2025, 1:02 PM
Could be a defect in the Luan or a previous repair that is cracking, I spoke with Cole and the body tech for the answers!

Thank you Stephanie, is this for both jobs 1 & 4? On 1/13 the notes were made for line 4. This was the first and only request for parts on there. 01/13/2026ddunithan@forestriverinc.comHello there – We are providing a reminder that this repair line requires that this part be returned to us within 14 days of the claim be submitted for processing. Currently, there has not been a prepaid label created for return. Failure to return the part within this timeframe may result in denial of the repair. Please note that we are placing the claim back on the dealer’s side as we await the arrival of the defective part. Please only acknowledge this feedback once the part has shipped. Thank you for your partnership with Rockwood & Flagstaff

@Stephanie D We respectfully deny this repair as there has been no response to our request. Please be sure to acknowledge the denial in order to process any remaining repairs on the claim. The repair line will automatically deny after 14 days. If you are able to fulfill the original request, a new claim will be required to be submitted and reviewed. Thank you. – Rockwood & Flagstaff Claims Specialists Were you able to get this photo? I might be able to explain what's been going on there & see if they will be lenient here

@Ashlee O I have added 2 photos that the tech is stating it shows water on the lines below the vacuum breaker and a small bit of water coming out of the vacuum breaker itself. Unfortunately, the tech did not get anymore photos of this before the repairs were made. I can say replacing this part has fixed the issues the customer was having and no more leaks. This customer did come in, and Cole was doing his best to make the customer happy and take care of him while he waited on the unit. I am going to tag @Cole P so when he comes back maybe he can give some info to resubmit if we need to!
