@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A Job 1: Is there a case number or anything? What is the complaint and cause with the door? Job 2: What is the cause? Job 4: What was the complaint with the sink? Is there a case number? Can you tell me how much time needed for the sink and how much time needed for the faucet? These should be two separate lines.

@Alix M door case # 00965547 Job#2: I will get further information from my tech Job#4: I don't have a case number on this. It was not provided by CMR. GD sent part directly to the CMR and we installed. We do not know what the issue was as we only installed it per CMR request. Break down would be 8.5 hr for sink and .5 for faucet.

@Alix M Job #2: tech said they believe that the fan inside the unit is bent. This is a residential stove so we can not pull it apart as we do not do residential appliance repairs here.

@Alix M per Nate Williams at Grand Design we are to reference this case number regarding the entry door- This is related to GDRV Case # 00965547 per Nate, everything had already been approved through lippert and we were to open the door. the door has already been replaced and there is no way for us to take the pictures at this point. we were told that everything was already approved and we just needed to order the door. i will forward you the email.

@Michelle A No update, Grand Design still has it in "Open" they have been taking roughly 48 hours to process PA's, so hopefully tomorrow if not later today.

All repairs must be completed within this 30 day time period to be covered. If repairs cannot be completed within the approval time allowed, a new authorization will need to be obtained. No authorizations will be given if the warranty date has expired, even if an authorization was previously given and the warranty work was not completed within the time allotted. All charges must be submitted to GE Appliances, Recreational Living within 120 days of the repair being completed, or no credit will be allowed.
