@Alix M We have pull the lights off already so they did not get caught up on anything or do damage to the outside of the unit.

Hello, we would need to see pictures showing the issue with the light. Without those we are unable to authorize this line.
I did explain to them that they were taken off upon delivery, so they did not get caught on anything or do damage to the outside of the unit, this is still their response.

@Alix M @Michelle A Unfortunately, in this situation we do not have a photo. When the unit arrived our sales team checked in the unit and pulled off what was left of the lights without taking a photo. We are hopeful that this honesty and transparency will allow you to make an exception to the requirement for a photo.

@Alix M @Matt F I have entered photos of the awning lights from the unit. I know its not on the unit but we are hoping for coverage by proving that the awning lights were damaged. Please let me know if there is any update.

@Alix M @Matt F wELL NOW THERE IS FURTHER PHOTOS OF THE STRIP THAT NOT EVEN HALF LIGHTS UP ON IT. SO REGARDLESS IF THE PHOTO OF IT HANGING OF THE UNIT, IT STILL IS NOT FUNCTIONING AS IT SHOULD. sTILL REQUESTING COVERAGE.

Good afternoon Alix,
Upon reviewing the claim again, it would appear that on the DAF the awning light strip was noted as stuck in the entry door. The transport company provided a DAF for when the unit was picked up from our yard, this did not mention anything of the sort and should have been clear from one look at the outside of the unit. Because of this and the fact there are no pictures showing that this was not installed into the light track we would be willing to cover 50% the part cost of the new light strip and no labor time. Please advise that it is made clear on the DAF that serious issues are to be noted and photographed and addressed on a claim within 60 days of the delivery of the unit to the dealership. We feel as though the dealership failed to provide the proper information therefore, in good faith, we will cover half of the part cost.
If this is okay with you please let us know and we will update the claim accordingly. If this does not work, unfortunately our denial will stand.
