@Alix M WE NEED TO GO BACK AGAIN FOR LINE WARR05- THE RESOLUTION THAT WE TRIED TO FIX THE SQUEEK DID NOT WORK. THE NEW RESOLUTION IS: "We will have to see how the manufacturer wants us to proceed further to fix the squeak. I put floor jacks in the middle of the frame to see if that will help the squeek and it does but its still not 100% gone. The only other option is to remove the bedroom and bathroom doors, cut the ceiling panel along both walls and remove the panel completely and we can see whats going on. We will have to get some of the molding that hides the wall and ceiling seam. 6-8 hours depending on what will have to get fixed in the ceiling." PER MATT AND THE TECHNICIAN.

@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A @Matt F From GD:   As you know squeaks will happen in a trailer as this is normal. The time given on line 5 will stay.

@Alix M @Kaitlyn R @Chris B So, this guys demeanor is on a hair trigger. It needs to be communicated to GD that he has requested a new trailer or a buyback because of the squeak. He has threatened suit. I have talked him off of the ledge, but am not too excited to have the conversation again. This isn't a threat, it is open communication of the situation. I think we can resolve the squeak by screwing the rafters together, but we need to get into the ceiling to do it. The other option is it going to the factory or bracing for a lawsuit. Truthfully, I would like the communication to be taken over by GD if the decision is anything less than auth to repair the issue. I don't want to be in the middle of a suit.

@Alix M Can you ask for some sort of a reference number the customer can refer to when calling GD to discuss why we aren't being authed to repair his unit?

@Alix M @Chris B I spoke with the customer today regarding the ongoing squeak concern. I explained that Grand Design has stated squeaks are considered normal and that no additional time was authorized for further correction. I also advised the customer to contact Grand Design directly if he wished to discuss the matter further. He declined and indicated he will be filing suit. Please ensure Grand Design is notified of this development so they can take appropriate action under their indemnification obligations to Greeneway RV.

@Alix M Dan Kussow is going to approve 6hrs, but needs a seperate opperation added by the end of the day. Here is his message: this has been put back in pending so you can add the additional operations to make the repair. You only have until end of business today to add this operation or it might go back to the original status on us.  Add a separate operation to the pre-auth request the 6 hrs. I’ll approve that, and if it runs to 8, let me know, and we can adjust it. Sound fair? I’ll have to put the pre-auth back in pending so you can ad d the operation if this works for you.

@Bonnie K @Michelle A @Kaitlyn R I need to know what was wrong with the spray port then so I can get approval to replace it. All I am seeing is the shower wasn't sealed properly. I need the 3 C's for the spray port as it will need to be a separate line at this point.

@Alix M DISREGARD THE SPRAY PORT. THE SPRAY PORT WAS SUBMITTED ON RO:12845B AND HAS ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED FOR PAYMENT ON YOUR END. IT WAS SPLIT OFF OF THIS WORK ORDER AND NEEDS TO BE DISREGARDED SO WE ARENT TRYING TO DOUBLE CLAIM IT.
