Request diagnost awning, not closing entirely. First noticed front awning arm not ligning up with itself, secondly noticed bottom hinge goints on awning arms are very loose. First issue could be solved by adjusting the awning arms by shrinking the tube slightly, but it should not be performed until awning arms are replaced. Second issue is alarming and should be addressed before Continued on page 2 PAGE 2 Work Order : 12600 ****************************************************************************** Job # Description JOB INFORMATION Type Bill To ****************************************************************************** awning arms fall apart under travel. A couple of the hinge points are teaked, and some of the snap rings are missing. Also the ideler head is wobbling and also likely tweaked. This all points to wind damage. Highly recommend replacing awning arms. There is an unboxed pair of matching arms in the parts loft. (4hrs replacement)

Removed damaged arms, replaced with new arms. Idle head replaced as well. Had to trim down tube 1/4" on the front side, tube would not fit between factory positioned arms. Recommend a fabric replacement in the future as the original is somewhat stretched. Forward arm is now ligning up with assembly as it should hav originally. Overall, its working well.

Correction, its not a "Recall," Lippert/GD Imagine Customer Satisfaction program 920014 Inspected Axle Hangers and Main Rails, Identified cracks in frame on both sides above rear hangers. ODS side has multiple cracks, likely continuing to spread, 7" worth of cracking was identified without removing paint. On DS a 3.25" crack was identified without removing paint. These findings clearly qualify the frame for repair under the GD Imagine CSP 920014, ORDER THE REPAIR KIT and schedule certified welder. Prep unit prior to welder. Will need to properly brace frame w/jacks and stands, remove wheels and on ODS side, parts of the slide-out mechanism will also need removal. Also Disconnect all electrical connections including Batteries, Solar, Shore Power etc. prior to welding. See Pictures attached.
