The screws in the awning screw track are pulling out of the wall. I pulled the screw cover molding out and i ran more screws into the track to hold it in place. When the track separated from the wall it ripped the decal above it. I had to trim the ripped pieces so I could seal the track properly. There are also a few rips in the awning fabric. I took pics of the tag.

I ended up grinding the top and bottom of the nut on this bracket down so it would more appropriately fit in the channel between both freezer doors. I then had to tweak one side to get the placement more exact. It now fits accurately and the seal closes. Also the hardware is lined up better woth the screw locks.

@Alix M this repair had been done back in August, we were waiting to submit until work was done, and now CMR is refusing remaining work to be done. So that will be fine, we did what was requested of us at the time, but I don't foresee him bringing it back if the stuff changes.

Sent a follow up email to Grand Design on this to see where they are at with the recall. I did mention again that the work was already done base off of the previous recall instructions.

Grand Design instructed me to enter Job 6 under a U-bolt labor code (130001) since the recall work has already been done and there is still no update on the new recall instructions.
