@Alix M We had been reaching out to this customer repeatedly to get the lock installed. He responded today stating that they do not want the lock repaired. The other item has already been repaired.

@Michelle A When was the other item repaired? If it's past 30 days, Grand Design won't pay it. When some jobs are completed on WO's but you are waiting for others and you're unsure if it will be a while, we should do partial claims on WOs.

@Alix M I would give it a try. Maybe add a note in the comments that the customer declined the other approved repair once dealer was able to get in touch with customer.
