The only 2 photos provided are of the defective faucet lines, if techs want paid for additional work than they need to provide photos of the components removed or tested. This is a basic faucet replacement that does not warrant 1.5 hours of labor. There are no photos of the dropped underbelly or pump. They cannot just provide a write-up without any photo evidence and expect to get above flat rate authorized.
There needs to be photos to justify labor requests above the flat rate. If they have any additional photos of the repair please provide them for a re-review of labor.

I just attached some additional photos that show a pinched line inside of the underbelly. The only way to get the picture is to drop the underbelly and cut open the darco wrap on the bottom of the floor assembly.

Was this the final findings as the cause of the issue? Was the faucet working ok after these lines were repaired or was the faucet still replaced as a precaution?
I need to re-enter the PA due to it expiring but she said that once I do, she will authorize additional labor based on those photos from yesterday. She didn't specify how much. Once I get a response to her questions above I will get that entered.

@Alix M The faucet was replaced first as the most likely culprit. It was the only fixture with flow issues. When that didnt fix the problem, we went hunting and found the pinched water line.
