cause
what I found was on off door rear slide the floor near refrigerator the screws that hold the floor up had broken making the floor separate from wall and dropping the refrigerator down and the supports on top of refrigerator not holding refrigerator into place causing the refrigerator to wobble to repair the lower exterior rubber corner block can be removed and extra screws can be added for more floor support also the two supports on top of refrigerator needs to be re secured as well will have to remove refrigerator to re attached ceiling refrigerator supports Kitchen slide floor is seperating from side wall due to the weight of the refer. Repair can be done by adding additional screws to floor from the outside after removing the slide ski. But after doing repair, the slide floor needs additional support when slide comes in all the way. Floor has to much give when traveling.
