Job 1: Every single retract pin does not supply voltage? What does work on the board? Sounds kind of odd that all of the REV outputs.
What is the voltage going to the Unity board on BATTERY ONLY, and if we swap the wires for the functions, does the EXT outputs work?

I diagnosed this. We have 13.4v at the board. All of the lights, pump, water heater, etc work. All three of the slides and the awning do not work. when attempting to run any of the reversing circuits, they will attempt to run for a fraction of a second then the control panel will flash all of the back lights for all of the switches.
Switching functions has no bearing - all of them are not working.

Our system runs directly off the battery. Are these Lithium batteries? 13.4v sounds like we have assisted power hooked up. The reverse polarity is the biggest draw on the board. Curious what the voltage is on battery only to the Unity and the on the RET/EXT pins. Does it spike and drop? Could we get a photo of the back of the panel to ensure the floorplan matches up? Just weird that all of the reverse polarity is not working.

@Alix M With all due respect, I do not need help diagnosing the problem. We ordered a replacement board, installed it and the issue is resolved.
To answer the questions;
Yes, it is lithium.
Assisted power is solar.
Battery voltage at the unity board is 13.4v.
As soon as ext/ret is pressed, the output spikes to 13ish then back to 0v nearly immediately. The control panel flashes all of the backlights and resets.
It has been working properly since our dealership took delivery and the unit has been in our control the entire time.
Do they want a picture of the back of the control panel or unity board?

We have reviewed your request with the information provided and Lippert will Authorize warranty replacement of Unity X270 PN-2022108250, .5 hours labor, pending part return and testing.
Please return the parts to:

Please ensure the case number is referenced on the package. Fill out the attached Warranty
Parts Return form and include it with the returned product for testing.
The replacement will need to be ordered as normal. This can be done through our parts
department by calling 432-LIPPERT or through the Lippert online store. Please reference the
case number if you choose to order through the parts department.
Once the part has been tested, if found to be defective, Lippert will reimburse the cost of the part,
plus markup, and shipping costs associated with this authorization. Please complete the attached
Warranty form to submit for payment.
If the part is not found to be defective, Lippert will not be responsible for the repair.

Alix, this portion of diagnosis does not have anything to do with the WI state law this is something Forest River covers regularly when there is a clear warranty concern as Lippert does not participate in diagnostic time at any point.
We review each claim on a case by case basis taking into account where the item needing replaced is located and what is needed to do the repair.
We have consulted with our corporate team many times on the WI state law that your dealership continues to reference.
I will update the claim for the 1.5 hours labor, Forest River covering the additional labor time. The typical labor paid to our dealer partners for the unity board replacement is .5 for the flat rate. Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions.

1Z4E80759093493868- eta 8/4 to Forest River dealer had first stated it was being returned to LCI tracking shows it is coming to Forest River.
*can you confirm where you sent this part? The other tracking number above states it was delivered back in June, so I don't understand.

Lippert has responded back and states they did not recieve/locate the part stating to be returned. Lippert has advised that the part was incorrectly sent to the wrong return address as they provided it in the email you are copied on. For feature claims please be sure that the correct address is being used if not sending back to Forest River. Lippert has authorized this as a goodwill gesture and 0.50 labor. With your acknowledgement the labor will be corrected to 0.50
