@Kaitlyn R From FR: When your techs are able to get the unit in for what was detailed in the video, can you please also have them attach a picture of the measurements of the door? I am more looking for the width because the door shouldn’t be difficult to get out of the pocket wall. I am wondering if there was an incorrect door installed and this is why we are having the issues with the sliding, why the additional screws were added to the locks for the track, and why the door won’t easily pop out of the pocket wall.   I thank you and your techs for being so patient and working with us to remedy this issue. @Alix M WHEN THE UNIT COMES BACK IN I WILL HAVE THEM VERIFY THAT. THE ISSUE WITH THE BIT IS WE HAVE USED THE LONGEST BIT THAT WE CAN... WITHOUT DECONSTRUCTING EVERYTHING WE CANT ACCESS IT. I WILL GET THE MEASUREMENTS AS SOON AS WE ARE ABLE .

@Alix M THIS CUSTOMER HAS PICKED UP THEIR UNIT FOR THE WINTER AND IS GOING TO BRING IT BACK IN THE SPRING. WILL GET THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE DOOR AT THAT TIME.

@Alix M WE DID NOT ORDER ANY DOORS FOR THE POCKET DOOR. THE POCKET DOOR THAT IS IN THERE IS THE ONE THAT CAME FROM FACTORY.

@Alix M I emailed her back yesterday asking how she wanted me to proceed and I have yet to hear back from her. I did explain that the CMR is not currently here and is using the unit.
