@Kaitlyn R This is the response from FR: We haven’t carried any ovens over 21” if this oven is bigger than it’s not ours. It may have come from Lippert. I am waiting to see what the warranty associate says regarding this.

@Kaitlyn R This is the response from them.. I wanted to follow up on this claim, as I see our team had been working with the vendor. We discovered that it was sent to the incorrect vendor, which resulted in an incorrect authorization for the part needed. I sincerely apologize for our oversight. The correct replacement part is F100562020, as this is the exact match for the original range. I’ve submitted a credit request to our parts team for the order in which the incorrect range was authorized (S5230108). You may keep the incorrect range, as returning it would cost more in shipping, and this was our error.   Please feel free to submit the cost of the correct range when the claim is submitted for processing. If you have any questions or need anything further, please let us know. Thank you!
