@Kaitlyn R From GD: please provide a picture of the frame tag and also need to know the location of the unit. this is just an inspection to see if the walls are separating or is there is any canning movement. Won't need an SRT for this issue.

@Alix M matt is actually communication with Dan Kussow and a bunch of people (and you) regarding this unit. SRT is going to be here tomorrow and he is going to take a look at this unit. This is the fourth time this unit will have to be serviced by Grand Design for this same concern. Grand Design is being pushed behind the scenes to fix this unit accurately and efficiently. **sorry... i should have put that in there right away.**

@Kaitlyn R For the kitchen floor concern, SRT discovered the campaign repair had begun to fail, the lag bolts into the sidewalls to support the kitchen floor began to back out. He added an adhesive sealant to each lag to prevent them from backing out as well as adding expanding rivets between each lag. For the "frame flex" concern, measurements were taken and everything was within tolerance, however there was large popping and squeaking in the bedroom floor and ceiling behind the washer closet. SRT removed the lower filon and we assisted removing the front cap to inspect. He added additional lags and carriage bolts to secure the sidewalls to the frame as well as discovering a cracked weld that he repaired. The squeaking and popping came from the front cage that was only attached to the sidewalls with 3 screws on each side. He added well over a dozen per side and also secured the cage to the floor. SRT assisted throwing the front cap back on with a couple screws to hold it in place. We finished reassembling everything and resealing.
