@Alix M I WOULD JUST NOTE LINE 2 WITH THE MANUFACTURER IN CASE THE CUSTOMER SAYS ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE. THE TECHNICIAN DID SAY THAT THEY TRIED DOING WHAT THEY COULD AND THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE THAT THEY COULD DO FURTHER. JUST PUSH THROUGH THE RECALL.
