@Kaitlyn R @Morgan Z Warranty repair 10: I will need sublet information before entering this. Warranty Repair 12: When did this happen? When the customer had it? I need more information on this as if it was caused by the customer and not on the DAF- this would be customer pay, also need correction. And that will affect Warranty Repair 13 and Warranty Repair 15. Warranty repair 18: I need an actual cause. If this came from manufacturer this way, the WO need to state that. Please read through and make sure I have actual causes for all lines. Thanks.

warranty repair 12 was a manufacturer issue. When the unit was on its way to us from the manufacturer, the window blew out. This was in fact noted on the DAF as I was one of the 2 people who checked the unit in. This is a manufacturer fault. Warranty Repair 18 is from manufacturer. I can get that put into the work order. Warranty Repair 10 I am working on getting the estimate from the subket and should hopefully have an answer today
