@Kaitlyn R @Jesse K Warranty Repair 2: Our engineer reviewed this one, from the photos provided he can’t see any issues. There’s no way to tell if the TV is mounted square, if the TV lift itself is crooked. If the TV is crooked they can loosen & adjust the TV plate. If it is the lift itself we do have a repair for that but we would need a little more information/better photos if we could please. Warranty Repair 9: Has slide been properly adjusted?

@Alix M IS THERE ANY UPDATE ON THE SLIDE OUT? CUSTOMER SPOKE TO GRAND DESIGN ABOUT THE UNIT ON FRIDAY AND GRAND DESIGN TOLD THEM THAT THEY STILL NEEDED INFORMATION FROM US REGARDING THE REPAIR.. @Kaitlyn R From GD: Warranty Repair 9: please check the rollers under the slide. Also, looks as if the slide is adjusted down when the slide needs to be adjusted upward to avoid the rubbing on the floor.

@Alix M per the technician, the adjustment was already completed. The rollers are not doing anything... The rollers are not contacting the floor causing the slide skis to dig into the lino in the inside bottom corners where the slide skis are.

@Kaitlyn R @Jesse K @Morgan Z Warranty Repair 9: Please have tech shim the slide rollers so they are touching the bottom of the slide floor to bare the weight and guide the box. When slide is adjusted it should only be adjusted a little at a time. Please have tech call in and ask to speak to Sight Call tech if he still needs help with the adjustments.

@Kaitlyn R @Morgan Z @Bonnie K This has been approved- see notes Warranty Repair 2: approved his is approved on RGA #11212024004 for .50 hours to add brackets to straighten the lift, they will need (1) TV209-117 brackets & (4) UO115-305 screws. To help hold the TV more square when fully extended we can send a few brackets they can install on the side of the extrusion to adjust that. It might still travel crooked but square up when it gets fully extended. Warranty Repair 3: approved for 0.6 hour Warranty Repair 4: approved for 0.3 hour Warranty Repair 5: approved for 1 hour Warranty Repair 6: approved for 0.2 hour Warranty Repair 8: approved for 0.2 hour Warranty Repair 9: approved for 2.5 hours Warranty Repair 11: approved for 0.6 hour
