@Alix M getting work order back to technician to get pictures. There are 24 affected decals (24 decals@ .5 hours per = 12 hours) and to do the recall. Will report back once he is able to cycle it in.

@Alix M i WAS DISCUSSING WITH MY TECH. HE SAID WE CAN DO THAT BUT HE FEARS THAT BECAUSE THE DECAL HAS ALREADY BEEN STRETCHED OUT WITH THE AIR BUBBLES IN THERE ONCE WE POKE THE HOLES AND TRY TO LAY IT DOWN PROPERLY, IT WILL WRINKLE CAUSING FURTHER NEED FOR REPLACEMENT. iF ITS STILL THE DIRECTION THEY WANT US TO GO WE CAN TRY THAT, BUT THEY NEED TO BE UNDERSTANDING IF WE COME BACK WITH FURTHER NEED OF REPLACEMENT.

@Alix M TECHNICIAN TOOK THE 4.8 HOURS TO POKE A SMALL HOLE IN ALL OF THE DECALS. AFTER DOING SO, LET THE UNIT SIT FOR A WHILE. THE DECALS POPPED BACK OUT WITH BUBBLES. POKING HOLES IN THE DECALS DID NOT WORK. REQUESTING TO REPLACE ALL OF THE DECALS AS ORIGINALLY REQUESTED.

I don't understand why they can't just tell me which ones they approved with part numbers. If they don't know then we can replace any two that kinda look like the photos. It's a little irritating.

@Alix M The decal items were completed this May. Because we could not get through to warranty that what they were requesting would not work. The work order was started last year, that's when we changed the shower faucet. We have had a bit of turn over and previously the person who was going through the warranty locker and removing items before they had been paid. They were just going by date. So I assume is that it was tossed before the unit had been completed.

@Michelle A I will let them know, but you most likely will not be paid for this due to not holding the parts for the correct amount of time. Please remember that if some items are done but you know others will take longer, we can submit partial claims for work completed. This will eliminate some of this issue.
