@Alix M THE TECHNICIAN IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON THIS UNIT FOR JOB 2.. IS THERE ANY WAY THAT WE COULD ATTEMPT TO GET MORE LABOR FOR THIS REPAIR. WE HAVE COMPLETED THE ROOF RESEAL AND ARE CURRENTLY AT 4 HOURS OF LABOR. STILL NEEDING TO BE DONE IS: 2 CEILING PANELS NEEDING REPLACEMENT AND THE R&I OF TWO BATTON STRIPS, TWO PIECES OF QUARTER ROUND, TWO LIGHTS, TWO A/C DUCTS, AND A CEILING SPEAKER. HOLES FOR SAID ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE CUT INTO THE NEW CEILING PANELS AND BRACES WILL NEED TO BE ADDED FOR THE ATTACHMENT OF THE NEW CEILING PANELS DUE TO IT NOT BEING STURDY ANY LONGER DUE TO THE WATER DAMAGE. THE TECHNICIAN IS SEEKING 6-10 ADDITIONAL HOURS OF LABOR.
