I do not see this in Grand Design at all from a previous WO.

@Alix M The kitchen door was previously looked at on RO:8306E (Claim #730621). The customer concern was that the door was not closing properly and it still is not. It is the result of the door bowing. The items are results of the work order that began in November of 2023 (RO:8306)
THIS WHOLE SERVICE HISTORY FOR THIS CUSTOMER IS CONFUSING. IM SORRY
