@Bonnie K @Heidi H I looked into the denial, and this was the response I got back from GD: Line 2- would not be a warranty issue, tech states refer was not turned to correct position setting. Line warranty repair 1- No defect found , just tested.

Hi Bonnie, do you have a better picture of the crack on the door? These look mostly like scratches to GD, can you maybe circle where the crack is? Also, were the scratches noted on the DAF? If they were, we may be able to get those approved as well, but GD has messaged me back and said scratches are not a warrantable issue unless noted on the DAF at time of delivery. Thank you!
