Warranty Repair 4: You state just noting but then replaced the shower head. Please advise.
Recall: Please provide complete 3 C's.
Warranty Repair 10: Please provide actual correction, we can't submit a repair/replace as they are two different jobs.

warranty repair 2 was a complete repair
warranty repair 4 did have a shower head replaced. i missed that it stated just noting and then replaced
warranty 10 was more of a noting for if A CUSTOMER WERE TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I THOUGHT I NEEDED A CORRECTION IN THERE WITH A NOTING
