@Ben H WO77647 FR feedback: Must return part for warranty consideration. UPS lable can be created and printed directly from claim in Dealer Connect, and part returned along with a copy of the part tag.

This is on FR's site today regarding parts return:
Update 9/10/25: The portal will be down today between 5-5:30pm EST to push the update to fix the UPS label. Please refrain from using the portal during this time due to unstability and possible resulting errors. Thank you.
The UPS return label feature on claims is currently not working. Please hold off on creating the UPS return label for warranty parts.
UPS has sent out an update that we are testing and should be able to upload today/this evening. Once the update passes testing, we will release it and let you know that you can resume using this feature.
