CUSTOMER STATES REFER IS LOOSE - STATES SOME OF THE SCREWS HOLDING IT HAVE COME OUT & THE DOORS ARE HOT TO THE TOUCH WHEN ON
needs-review • confidence 0.05
cause
Screws came completely out that held the refrigerator in place within the cabinet. 2 of the screw HAYES, JASON EARL Customer #: 61871 grommets came completely out and were found in the customers unit in a drawer
needs-review • confidence 0.24
correction
Pulled the refrigerator out of the cabinet, it was pushed all the way in the cabinet to the point that the doors would not even open. Pulled it out, realigned it for proper operation so the doors would open and close correctly. Reset the screws on the left side making sure they actually caught or bit into the backing wood. After finding the missing grommets for the screws on the right side, installed those with a slightly larger diameter. Screwed the screws into the side of the refrigerator , ensuring proper alignment and it actually bit or grabbed the wood behind and held securely. After reattaching the four screws, I did shake the refrigerator in an attempt to dislodge it, shook to where the entire coach was shaking. The refrigerator did not come loose and did not dislodge. Replaced the screw cover buttons, powered the refrigerator on to examine the concern about the refrigerator doors getting hot to the touch. After allowing the refrigerator to run for a period of time and frequently checking the doors to the refrigerator. - Paused the job while *61871* monitoring the refrigerator. Checked the refrigerator, the exterior doors were not getting hot, it is actually the centerpiece between the double doors that gets warm. This is perfectly normal. It is intended to be that way to prevent the doors from freezing closed. The refrigerator is operating correctly. Job is complete. Request 1 hour

JOB ADDED: CUSTOMER STATES THE BACK WINDOW BLIND DOES NOT GO UP ALL THE WAY
matched • confidence 0.66
cause
Fabric is binding, not allowing the blind to fold up correctly and raise fully
partial-match • confidence 0.51
correction
Tested the blind at the rear of the unit. The blind would only go up about 8 inches, and then the fabric begins to bind and bulge outward. In order to obtain a photograph of the label for the blind, the valance had to be removed, taking four screws out to gain access to the top of the blind. All the screws on Page 1 of 3 © 2026 Integrated Dealer Systems *74154* the retainer ring for the blind and the window had to be removed in order to get the blind out. This involved Promised Date: 15 OCT 26 W/O: 74154 removing close to 40 screws. Once the blind was removed, a photograph of the label was able to be taken. Took the blind end to the shop, made some adjustments to the tension strings to see if that would aid in the blind raising it made no change to the ability of the blind to raise the fabric. The fabric bound in the exact same spot. Recommend full replacement of the window blind, the fabric material is defective and not folding correctly. The blind had to be reinstalled in order to maintain the windows position so that it would not fall out. The valance was not reinstalled at this time, pending installation of the new window blind. Blind needs to be ordered Requesting 1.5 hours
