Customer states the gray tank valve in the front is not operable. Went to the valve was able to open and close it, however I found the 3 inch ABS pipe that almost immediately connected to the tank had no support whatsoever. Every time you pulled the valve it would pull the entire pipe down. It did pull out most of the foam used to seal around the pipe, therefore making the gray tank valve extremely difficult to open and close. After pulling away, the remaining portion of the foam spray, I found it was accessible enough through the hole in the bottom board. Around the 3 inch pipe was able to attach galvanized pipe strapping to the frame wrap, and then add another attachment point. Attached the strapping to the frame all done from the inside. Used self tapping screws to attach the strapping to the inside. Once the pipe was strapped the gray tank valve would pull down and open much easier and close much easier. Foar spray was used to refill all the gaps around the pipe itself and the valve. This job is now complete. *61167* Requesting 1.0

Opened the compartment door on the driver side, exposing the solar controller. Verified the battery disconnect, which was on. Looked at the screen, the icons are extremely small. Attempted to take photograph of the screen however, the photos kept coming out blurry and not readable. Could see the *61167* battery setting was not set for a flooded battery and it was set for a 12/24 battery setting. Opened the menu changed the setting to 12 v only, change the battery type setting to a flooded battery. The screen indicated the battery was fully charged. It showed the proper voltage was coming into the controller. Job is now complete Requesting .15

Both vents had hail damaged. In order to replace the covers, the interior garnish screen, the actual crank had to be unscrewed, giving it the flexibility to remove the broken vent covers. Removed both broken vent covers and reattached the new vent covers, the cranks to both of the vent covers and then replaced the screen and garnish on both. Checked for proper operation. The vent covers are operating correctly. The work is now complete.
