Several things on this one. Can you please label the pictures to the jobs they belong with? For job 992 - I can see the scratch marks on the underside of the slide - is there any repair being made or a touch up? Tech doesn't actually state anything will be done, just that he couldn't find anything that caused it. For job 01 - this is actually 3 separate repairs. Valance, shade and the wall repair. Can you please let me know how much time you need for each? I have a feeling FR will want it separated out. Also, do you have pictures of the tag on the shade? For job 03 - I am not seeing any pictures of the guide rails on the drawers. Do you have any? I see pictures of the drawers, but nothing showing the rails. With 4 sets of guides being needed, I'd need pictures for each set. For job 04 - Can you help me understand how the valance caused this damage? One of the first pictures I can see shows the valance still partially attached to the wall. When the slide is closed, does the side of the valance that is hanging down touch the fascia/stile? For job 05 - there is a lot going on here. I suspect FR will want this separated out. Can you let me know how much time you need for the cabinet doors and the drawer faces? I know you have 2.0 hours requested but I need to split it up. Job 09 - do you have pictures of the tags?

@Jeannette B Hey, this is another one that @Brian P had. I got most of the stuff corrected that he has here on this printout - but there were a couple of things missed and I just was wondering if you could check and see if the tech took pictures for the drawer guides and a picture of the model/serial number for the awning? Those really are the only things I am missing now.

@Brian P I did not get the pictures needed, so just sending this to let you know - pictures of drawer guides and model/serial for awning are still needed.

@Brian P Job 995 - FR is requesting pictures that show the issue. I only see one picture that really shows the island, and it's not the entire thing. Are there more that maybe I am missing? The pictures are not labeled, so I'm not sure if there is a pic included that I missed because I couldn't tell it was the island. Job 2 - FR is requesting pictures that show the damage to the blind. I attached the picture showing the upper right corner with what looks like a scuff and what appears to be the lower screw not flush with the wall. Is this the only area that was affected? If so, I will just zoom in and point him there, but I wanted to be sure. Job 06 - FR is asking for pictures of the slideout heads and the entire backs of the heads. Job 09 - FR is asking for pictures that show the issue. I attached all the pics I had with the awning, but it looks like I may only have pictures of the front, so nothing to compare the height to. Am I missing something? The only thing that seems slightly off is the fabric seems like it isn't rolled in enough. Can you point me to what I should be seeing? job 1 - approved .8 Job 01 - approved .4 Job 02 - pending feedback from FR Job 3 approved .2 Job 03 - approved 1.2 job 04 -approved .5 Job 05 - approved .6 Job 07 - approved .1 Job 08 - approved 1.5 Job 992 approved .3 to use antiwick to seal slide out floor Job 993 approved .5 Job 994 approved .2 Job 996 approved .1

@Brian P For job 06 for the slide - the "heads" are the plates on the ends of the inner tubes - that is what he is requesting a picture of - front and backs. For job 09 for the awning - I explained that the fabric was wrinkled when awning is rolled up and Dennis Plank responded that he is unsure of how the wrinkled fabric relates to misaligned awning arms. He wants pictures that can illustrate the misaligned arms. To me, it seems reasonable that if the arms are at different heights, one side of the fabric would be pulling causing it to wrinkle due to the arms being different heights, but, maybe not? Since the pictures I have are not what he wants, are you able to get two pics of both arms with a tape measure showing the difference?  Also still need pictures of the kitchen island.
