WARRANTY ITEM solar controller
partial-match • confidence 0.57
cause
THERE WAS NO CONNECTION TO THE BATTERY FROM THE SOLAR CONTROLLER, THE EYELEY O THE CABLE ABOVE THE UNDERBELLY WAS INSUFFICIENTLY CRIMPED AND THE WIRE HAD NO SLACK, SO THE WIRE PULLED FROM THE CONNECTOR.
matched • confidence 0.65
correction
Started by seting voltage from the solar panels to the controller, voltage was good, tested battery voltage at the controller and no voltage, i unscrewd the battery disconnect for the solar, tested voltage behind there, still no voltage. the wires run down into the underbelly, i removed an access cover underneath, but no access hole, had to cut a hole to access the breakers install above, found the wire pulled from connector, nhad to extend the 8ga wires bc of the lack of slack during insatallation. removed *61900* and installed a new eyelet, tested the system, its now charging as it should, had to reinstall the battery disconnect and the underbelloy access cover. job completed. requesting 1.5

WARRANTY ITEM furnace not working
partial-match • confidence 0.40
cause
The heater would not kick on..
partial-match • confidence 0.36
correction
Began diagnosis at the interior controls by checking thermostat operation and confirming the furnace was being commanded on. Inspected thermostat settings and monitored system response while verifying proper operation of the control circuit. After confirming the concern persisted, moved to the exterior furnace compartment for further diagnosis. Inspected wiring, control board, fuse, and electrical connections while tracing the call-for-heat circuit. During inspection, discovered the furnace's dual/service switch had become unplugged, preventing the furnace from operating. Reconnected the switch, secured the connection, and retested the furnace. Furnace ignited and operated normally with proper heat output. Total diagnostic time approximately 0.75
