Reset the couch in place make sure that the back opened open normally and folded into place normally reset the screws in the floor and new holes with larger more heavy duty screws total of four screws. @Brian P Job 5 - Jayco is asking for a video showing the tubes moving through their full range of motion. It will allow them to observe how they are sliding and any potential issues.
