Move the unit into Bay one. Plug the unit into shore power. Made sure it was reasonably level front to back. Open the dining room slide open the front bedroom slides. Monitored the bed slide as it was being extended bed slide went out evenly until about the last 4 to 6 inches then the bottom of the slide raised and extended further than the top. Took measurements on the outside the back of the slide room, which should be going towards the back of the unit the bottom was 30 1/8 *1000* inches the top was 28 1/4 inches the front towards the hitch. The bottom was 30 1/4 inches and the top was 28 5/8 inches. Went inside the unit, lifted the foot of the bed remove the plywood that was covering the slide. Mechanism began examining the slide mechanism itself, looking for possible adjustments. This is a formed unit with no adjustments that can be located. Remove the bed mattress removed all of the top plywood completely disconnecting both struts. Found the paneling inside the slide room on the side of the bed was pulling away and warped badly. Move the slider room in and out looking for anything unusual something pulling away from the floor, but the slide mechanism could not see anything that would be pulling away from me floor, twisting or doing anything unusual. The slide mechanism is running the slide in and out correctly fully retracted the slide room is even against the side of the unit on both ends and on the bottom. Looked at the slider mechanism found that it was a leopard low profile bed slide. Contacted Libert for technical support. Talk to Bill. Bill gave me a case number 688-0531. I explained the bill the issue that I was seeing with the slide room bill connected me with a video chat. That way he could actually visibly see the issues that I was dealing with with the slide, moving at the bottom further out from the top during the video chat the slide room was run in and out several times watching the mechanism itself that is attached to the floor for any unusual movements any unusual functions. The slide mechanism is moving the slide in and out correctly. Then began with measurements, took measurements at the foot of the bed on the slide mechanism approximately 2 5/8 inches went to the back or towards the head of the bed on the slide mechanism and found the right hand corner, which should be towards the front of the unit was a little over 3 1/4 inches and on the left side about two and three-quarter inches so we could see a difference in the square of the slide mechanism which could potentially cause the floor lift in extent further out, examine the rollers in the slide rails at different points, fully extended fully retracted and partially extended to see if they Page 1 of 3 © 2026 Integrated Dealer Systems *73547* were doing their job and moving correctly maintaining equal weight the rollers were maintaining equal Promised Date: 19 JUN 26 W/O: 73547 weight fully retracted fully extended. One of the rollers was completely locked. The other one was loose on the right side on the left side one roller was reasonably loose the other one fairly tight examining further on the mounting to the floor. It appeared that the slide mechanism had been mounted to the floor in several different places, finding screw holes outside of the bed frame at the foot of the bed, finding a variety of screw holes under the bed itself for the appears that the slide room mechanism has been moved looking at the screws that were holding the mechanism to the floor and see that two of the screws closest to the motor a tremendous amount of pressure have been exerted on them. They were actually beginning to bend and lift out found two areas where screws were actually missing and not enough screws added to the mounting of the slide mechanism. recommendation will be to move the slide room part of the way in to prevent damage to the slide room, completely removing the slide mechanism, setting it back in place square in even by measurements, setting it in level to the floor and shimming it to the actual bed so that it will move and slide evenly in and out once it has been squared reattached, testing the slide, extending and retracting and taking new measurements to ensure that the slide is moving out, square and moving in square then reassembling the bed putting the *73547* plywood back over the slide mechanism the actual bed, mattress, plywood back in place reconnecting the struts Then making further adjustments as necessary based on the new slide movements? Time requested will be an additional six hours. Ran the slide room or bed slide out until the point that it began to tip outward at the bottom and stopped took measurements of the slide room mechanism on all four corners began working on getting the mechanism disconnected from the actual slide and the bed removed approximately seven screws where rail attached to the bed. Took additional measurements, then removed five more screws from the bed itself. Squared the bed that the measurements were even with the floor from front to back. Check the measurements again on the slide rails the right side or towards the front of the unit measurements were exact on the left or towards the rear the measurements were just less than 1/16 of an inch difference, reattach the slide rails to the bed added more screws hold the entire bed rail system to the floor found that there were numerous screws, missing. Began running the slide in and out, checking outside measurements watching to see if the rails went out lifting or raising or tweaking on any part of the slide rail, found that it was moving in and out flush and staying flush. Could see how the top of the slide room would make contact with the wall first, and then the bottom pushing out however, you change in the distance at the bottom was pushing out was significant. Found on this particular slide system that there is no stopper or setting that would prevent the slide rails INC., MYERS "RV" CENTER, Customer #: 1000 from continuing until they came off the gears, what stops the movement of the slide as when it is completely compressed against the wall in or out. Reassemble the bed, reattach the paneling that it pop loose on the sides, reattach all the plywood with the mattress back in place. Work is completed

Was found at the wall in the dining slide the cabinet behind the refrigerator from floor ceiling had separated from the wall. The wallpaper was being pulled away from the panel on the main wall. *1000* Examining a new wall panel due to the damage to the wallpaper did not find any structural issues just an issue with the wall, flexing and ripping the silicone away from the cabinet and the wall and wallpaper being pulled away. Initial recommendation wouldve been to completely remove the entire wall panel. This wouldve involved the removal of the window window, shade, upper valance and all the trim around the window removal of the dinette table. Safety straps at the floor, removing the panel cleaning all the nails and staples away cutting a new panel to fit cutting away silicone at the ceiling reinstalling the new panel trim around the window, the blind the valance and batten strips on the floor and the furniture straps. Looking at it further, was found that using a razor blade, removing all the silicone off the cabinet face and the wall, placing a matching batten on the wall, budding up to the cabinet face installing a batten that match the same color as the cabinet face against the wall batten would be more feasible. I did scrape away all the silicone from the cabinet face carefully not to damage the cabinet face scraped away all the silicone off of the panel in the wall not to cause further damage the paneling or the wallpaper. Located matching batten strip for the wall located a matching batten strip for the cabinet face cut them to fit installed the batten strip on the wall first then the batten strip on the cabinet face closing the gap.
