Potentially have to replace the spring hanger completely if it has any sort of damage besides being bent. Its a spring hanger can be straightened without causing further damage recommend straightening. Removal of the axle will require disconnecting it from the spring hanger and the rocker to the second axle, disconnecting the powerlines for the electric brakes pulling the axle out from underneath the unit, and of course, removing the tires hanging a new axle reconnecting the wires for the electric brakes voting it back into place and reinstalling the tires. Found that there is power to the motor into the fan However, when you press the button, you can hear the motor running with no movement on the lid Got on the roof verified there were no obstructions nothing holding the vent lid down Remove the screen on the inside, began observing the movements while another person press the button for the vent lid to open, I could see the mounting bracket for the motor in the gear to move. The lid up is bent outward, not allowing the two gears to make contact. This will require some disassembly, taking the gears off by taking the two set screws out removing the motor, straightening the metal reinstalling the motor and the gears and retesting The separation between the gears is the depth of the teeth on the gears Attached photos of the separation of the vent Will request 30 minutes

Let me know which lines you want me to push more on. Job 1 was significantly reduced and all of the wall separation jobs were only authorized to scrape old seal and then reseal. @Brian P All of the lines are approved at this time, but I still have some questions/concerns about lines 1, 5, and 11. I've attached a copy of the PA from the portal here in DB that has the reasons the labor was reduced highlighted, and then notes from me in red. I figured it might be easier than trying to read this little comment box. As previously mentioned, all the wall separation issues were reduced to just scraping the old seal and filling in the gap. Please call me if you have any additional questions or need me to further address any of these lines. Please let me know if there is anything you want me to further address. As mentioned, the authorization for two axles is concerning to me when only one seems to need replacing.
