@Jeannette B Job A - DEaler should have called in so that we could speak to the plant production manager and the electrical group leader to determine the likely cause. If the Dealer technician has not been able to identify the problem within 30 minutes, we recommend that they reach out to the Warranty Representative for that Forest River brand. This will help ensure that the time spent on the repair will more likely be authorized as additional direction can be given to eliminate wasted time. No way should this take nearly this amount of time. Job 3 - Need additional pictures showing this entire cabinet as well as what may have caused this stile damage. Job 4 - Need additional pictures showing what is to the left of this TV that the TV may have been in contact with that could have scratched this TV. Also need serial/model numbers. Job 5 - Need additional pictures, and pictures of the model/serial number.

Just sending a reminder on this one. For job 3 need additional pictures showing entire cabinet as well as what may have caused the stile damage. For job 4 need pictures showing what is left of the TV that may have been in contact with TV to cause damage, along with model/serial info. JOb 5 need pic of model serial info, pictures of the cooktop with the glass top hinges out of the way.

Ok, thank you. I am not seeing the other pictures that were requested though. For line 3 they wanted pictures of the entire cabinet. For the TV they wanted a picture of what was to the left that may have caused the damage. For the stove they wanted a picture of the cooktop with the hinges out of the way.

@Jeannette B Hey Jeannette. This is one we talked about yesterday, so I know there is some revising that needs to happen, but Chris at FR needs some clarification on the repair for job 05. Tech mentioned the stove top glass cover is scratched, which is able to be seen in the photo. However, he also mentioned that the stove top needs to be removed and then replaced and the stove tested for leaks. Are you replacing the glass cover and the stove top, or one or the other? There are some knicks in the paint on the stove top, so can you get clarification on that as well when you starting looking into this one.

@Stephanie K @Sarah C @Jeff M I believe this is one of the ones that was re-submitted. Duplicate lines were deleted and has gone back to the tech a couple times, mainly for Job A and 01, since they appear to be the same issue. I can transfer Jobs A and 01 and keep as 1 line item and Job 3 to WO 73090-2. Keep Job 4 on this WO, finalize it and submit for payment if that will work?
