Completely replaced the barn door remove the trim piece off the top with two screws disconnected the roller latches remove the door to into the shop. Not the new door out took measurements to reinstall hardware on the new door. Reinstalled the roller locks on top of the door the cups for the what would be the door knob and the travel safety latch took the door back inside, clipped it back in place reinstalled the top trim check the door for operation secured. The door work is complete.
