@Brian P @Jeff M It appears that between the two claims paid and posted amount on the WO that this claim was shorted. One thing I see is that job 5 has parts and freight billed, but it is not on the claim. Did we fail provide that information to @Stephanie K
Brian Parrott

I know this was my fault for not uploading the correct copy. I can't remember if we did a parts only claim? @Stephanie K
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Mar 5, 2026, 5:25 PM
Actually, Brian, the copy you have is fine. This was totally my fault. I don't know how I missed that part and freight. I will get a part claim in ASAP. My apologies!
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Mar 5, 2026, 5:38 PM
Can you confirm the amount you were shorted? I have a claim started, by my copy doesn't have the prices. I have $143.32 for freight, and then a total of $76.38 for the part. The invoice I pulled from FR shows the cost as $66.42 for a quantity of 6, plus your markup of 15%. Total amount shorted that I can see is $231.16. Does that match you?
Brian Parrott
dealer_or_external • Mar 5, 2026, 5:59 PM
I show a shortage of $247.00 but there could be a difference in labor somewhere. I will have to look further
Stephanie Kendziorski

If you send me a final copy that has the pricing on it, I can do the part/freight credit and check to see if anything else was missed.

I've got the part/freight claim in for my error. Once that pays, you'll have been paid a total of $1545.98 for all work on the work order. With the final copy invoice you sent over, it looks like you'll be $23.75 over what was billed out, and that is just the extra shop supplies that I claimed on the jobs. I'm not sure where the extra shortage is coming from on your end. The part and freight account for $219.70 short, but I am not sure where the other $27.30 is showing up. All the labor paid at the amounts you have billed. Let me know if you see something that I don't, but from what I can tell, once the part/freight pay, you'll be paid over from the amount on your final copy.

No worries @Stephanie K Right now our AR shows a balance of $195.95. I will leave that there and clear it out once the check is received. Thanks!
