@Brian P This was denied by FR stating that line 1 needs to be broken down into labor lines for each thing. They also need pictures of the slide out screws that are not so close. I can break it down by job - you have it pretty well documented, but I need the additional pictures they asked for of the screws. @Jeff M @Sarah C

Yep, I got the sublet invoice! I had it on the PA, but they denied that line too and told me to resubmit with the new one that'll be broken down.

@Brian P - Per Dennis Plank all the time requested for the r/i of plumbing components and pressure test in order to replace the decal has been denied, 1.9 hours total. He has stated that those components do not need to be removed to replace the decal. Sublet, decal and the repair to the column separation is still pending review.

Repair to the column is approved at 2.0 hours and the decal is approved for 1.0 hour. Still waiting for the sublet to be approved.

@Brian P Total approved labor is 3.0 hours plus the $1226.00 sublet. As previously mentioned, it was determined by Dennis Plank that removal of all the plumbing components was not required.

Decal is approved and counts for 1.0 hour of the 3.0 approved.

Submitted for payment. @Brian P @Sarah C When I went to submit this for payment I noticed that the .3 we requested for the city water connection and the black tank flush is denied - but they approved the labor at $57 per line. I'm not sure how this will play out, but just wanted to let you know there might be an additional .6 in labor that pays. I'm not sure when they went in and did that. I'm gonna include a copy here in DB of how it looks, you can see the line clearly shows denied, but the labor is approved. It's labor lines 2 & 3 on the claim sheet (per FR request, it had to be split into individual jobs)
