Job 5 - I have requested repair suggestion from manufacturer, but won't have an answer for you until the things below are addressed.
Job 6 - Can you check the labor time here and let me know how much you need? There is only .1 accounted for by the $19 billed, and for this repair, I think you'll need more than that to take the cabinet apart and install a new stile.
Job 7 - was there an attempt at adjusting the tension before going straight to replacement? It is required to attempt string tension adjustment before replacing.
Job 10 - Can you please take a picture of the back of the shower head? It is required for the vendor. (If it is a Ramco faucet, it will be a required part return).
Job 11 - just advising, lubrication is not typically covered. I will try, but just an FYI.

Job 6 - Requesting 4 hours, Job 7 - .50 hours requested. This is a roll up blind, tech has adjusted the roller as much as possible. Job 8 - Requesting 1 hour since the tab on the frame itself is broke and the entire frame will need to be removed, resealed and replaced

I looked up the flat rate code, and it's an actual time repair - but it does have these notes on it, so please make sure the conditions can be met.
Exterior/Front, Fiberglass Cap, Cab Over/Replace/No Tread Code Pictures are required for this repair. Please provide the following pictures:
1. The complete item (all sides, part removed)
2. The defect, if possible
3. Identifying marks, tags, labels, stamps - or location - or model/serial numbers
Please use JPEG or PDF formats only when attaching pictures to your claim.
PAR code - The selected code requires authorization from Forest River or the Manufacturing Vendor prior to repair. Please contact the appropriate warranty department.
US Dealers are required to return a UPS-sized cutout of the defective area if repairing or replacing front wall, side wall, or rear wall fiberglass skin because of delaminating or other manufacturer defect..
Canadian Dealers should submit clear pictures of defective area, and may be asked to return a cutout as well. Please review the claim notes on the repair line for instructions from your FR Warranty Representative.
If the complaint is associated to any type of warping, bubbling, delamination, etc., Dealer should include a picture of the item with a straight edge on or near the problem. This will help identify the it more clearly. When a straight edge is not used, it is difficult to see the problem. If a picture is not supplied initially, the Warranty Representative may request one.

I had notes on the claim after we talked that the backer board would be needed, window removed and reinstalled, possible window seal replacement if damaged, removal and reinstall of the light, and replacement of the decals...but I do not know how to break it down to support your 8 hours. Can you provide that for me and then I will get it over to FR? Thank you.

I've added a breakdown in the FR portal. They said they would authorize up to 5.0 hours for the filon. So, I used that, plus some flat rates to get it up to 8.0 that is needed. FR has not yet responded to my feedback, it is still pending their review.

Hey Jeannette. Just want to check in with this one. Did the customer bring her unit back in? This PA is set to expire soon, and job 5 was quite an ordeal to get approved. Trying to get it reapproved might also be difficult if it does expire. Just want to make sure we don't miss the time frame.

@Jeannette B FR wants to know if the tech attempted to adjust the blind.
I don't know why they didn't ask this at PA, seems irrelevant to me now - they authorized the shade replacement and now we are claiming it, seems like a no brainer to me. But, can you let me know if the tech did so I can respond to them properly? Thank you! :) (excuse my little frustration venting there.)
