@Jeannette B Are you able to provide any further insight into what the comments from Collin are? I can see this PA in the system, but it has not been submitted for authorization yet, and there are not any notes in the Nexus system. I don't want to submit for authorization if Collin advised of something particular that needs to be done still. Also, I just want to double check the times. Job 2 is not on the auth at all - possibly why Collin was calling back, to address this line? Job 3 has 1.5 being requested Job 4 has .1 being requested Job 5 has .3 being requested Job 6 has .1 being requested @Jeff M

@Stephanie K This is the comment from Nexus...Not sure who the comments and what they mean 30AMP SYSTEM RUNNING DUAL AC, SHEDDER POWER SHARE DEVICE, BLACK BOX UNDER THE BED. @Jeannette B For line 4 the notes state new trim was installed but there is no part billed. Was the trim actually replaced or just resecured?

@Sarah C For 72605 here is the acknowledgement. You should have been paid $490.34 for this work order. When I was logging in to check the status of these, before it went to "Complete" the status on it was "Pending Quickbooks Transfer." Do they do direct deposit to the dealership bank account? From all information I have, this looks paid.
