@Stephanie K This is one that apparently was not uploaded. I do not know what times have been approved but I know we have parts on order.

Job 1 approved 1.0 to repair Job 3 approved .1 to replace p/n 0339304/0339305 Job 4 approved .5 to replace p/n 2078088 Job 2 is in the system but is not approved. Is .5 enough to do this? That is the amount of time currently on it, but has not yet been submitted for PA. Job 5 is not in the system at all, how much time is needed for that and I will get a PA in.

@Stephanie K If at all possible, 1.0 would be better for Job 2, since it's also a large piece

I'll see if I can get it increased.
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Feb 5, 2026, 2:37 PM
What happened with this one is both of the lines were combined in the system, on one claim. Then there was an additional claim in there too. I didn't realize both of the flooring issues were on the same line in the system, so that's why I emailed to see if we could get it increased instead of submitting a new PA. The FRC would have been the same, and Jayco doesn't like when the same code is used for multiple repairs on the same work order. I've asked them to increase to 2.0 hours, 1.0 hour for each area.
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Feb 5, 2026, 5:20 PM
Updated labor to 2.0 hours for lines 1 & 2. Pending review by Jayco.
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Feb 6, 2026, 10:03 AM
@Jeannette B Jobs 1 & 2 are combined on the PA in Jayco's portal, and are approved for 2.0 hours, 1.0 hour for each section.
