Assistance needed with furnace time & lino sublet
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Dec 19, 2025, 9:40 AM
Job 4 is approved for 3.0 hours to repair the linoleum (J01439115-003)
Job 5 - Manufacturer is unable to see a defect with the cooktop with the photos that were sent. Do you have anything that clearly shows the defect? I reviewed the pictures that were attached to the pre-auth, the first picture shows the cover flat, the second picture shows it partially up over the back two burners, and then the third pictures looks like it is all the way up. I can't tell what is defective. Please advise.(J01435723-001) @Jeff M
Job 8 is approved for .25 to replace shade. (J01439120-001)
Job 2, 3, and 7 are confirmed for payment.

Hey @Sarah C , on this one you have a note that you need assistance with the linoleum sublet and the furnace. The job that is in the Jayco portal for the flooring is not a sublet job. It was submitted as a standard claim. I'm not seeing a sublet estimate in the file on DropBox either. Will you guys be able to do the work in the shop? I'm unable to change the type of claim it is in the portal, so if it needs to be a sublet claim I'll likely have to start a new one.
For the furnace, there are two jobs and both have been submitted for payment. The furnace duct is approved and confirmed for payment for .5 hours, the furnace vent is approved and confirmed for payment at .25 hours. Please advise and let me know if you need me to do anything different for these lines, if you need more time, etc. @Jeff M

Ok, thanks. Please let me know about the flooring job too. Are you guys subletting it out or doing the work yourself? If it's going to be a sublet, I need an estimate as well.

Hi Jeff. Jobs 2, 3 and 7 have been submitted for payment.
Line 8 is approved and ready to be submitted for payment.
Job 4 - is approved for 3.0 hours to repair the linoleum. There was some clarification needed for this one. Brian was getting with Chris to see if he could do the repair to the flooring. Sarah had a note that it would be a sublet, and it was not entered that way so if it isn't going to be something Chris can do, I'll need to reenter it as a sublet, not a standard claim,
Job 5 for the cooktop - Manufacturer is not able to see a defect. I reviewed the pictures also and could not see anything defective, so I needed to have pictures that show the defect. Brian said he was getting with tech service.
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Jan 2, 2026, 12:55 PM
@Brian P Do you have any feedback yet from Chris about the flooring? Has tech service been contacted about the stove top? Just checking in so I don't lose track of it.

Any update on the cooktop and the flooring? Manufacturer can't see a defect with the cooktop and the flooring you were going to check with Chris to see if he could do the work. If he can't, I need a sublet estimate, please.

On this unit, we have already repaired the floor. We have 1.00hr in the repair.
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Jan 21, 2026, 4:00 PM
Ok, I can get that submitted for you, if you would like. The linoleum is holding up the payment on the other lines that are submitted because they were all done under the same claim. The cooktop is a different claim number, so if I can get the flooring done, that'll get you paid on 4 of the lines. I just need to know what the date of completion is. The date for the other lines is back in September, if i use that it's beyond 60 days and will be denied.

@Brian P When you have done the shade work and have the info for the cooktop, let me know. The lines I submitted are paid. I am going to move this back into the #3 folder since we still need the cooktop info.
Shade line is approved and ready to be submitted when the part is in and work complete.

@Brian P It appears that when the claim was submitted back in September, the parts were not claimed either. Can you send the invoice for the freight charge, and if your parts are over $40 I will need invoices for those as well. If less than $40, I just need to know the cost price for each part.

Thank you. They approved the additional 4.0 hours, so I submitted it and the parts for payment, using the completed date you gave me for the other jobs. I'm not sure if it'll pay, the date will be different than what was originally submitted for payment.

I'll move this to 7.1 so I can keep an eye on it, but lines 5 & 8 are still not submitted for payment. I'll move it back to #3 once I know what they do with the additional labor for the furnace repair.

@Jeannette B @Brian P Everything that can be submitted on this work order has been submitted and paid. When the shade comes in and you are finished looking into line 5 - will you be creating a new work order or transferring? I am trying to figure out where to put this one, there are paid lines, line 8 is approved and line 5 I need more information. I just don't want to lose track of it, but if you're going to be transferring to a new work order, I can just put this in paid, and you can send the new one over.
Brian Parrott

Yes, we transferred to workorder: 72320-1. We can put this workorder as paid
Jeannette Britton
dealer_or_external • Feb 6, 2026, 4:34 PM
@Stephanie K This WO was finalized on 01.30.26. For whatever reason the stovetop glass cover was transferred to WO 72320-1 along with the entry door shade. The stovetop glass has been on 2 or 3 different WO's and now again on 72320-1
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Feb 9, 2026, 9:22 AM
So with the stovetop cover - Jayco can't see a defect with it. I reviewed the pictures also, and don't see an issue. There are pictures of the stovetop cover closed, partially open, and all the way open. The notes states that the cover will not open, but the pictures show it open. Brian was attempting to handle that line. He said he was going to call tech service, but I never heard anything back on it.
The shade is approved, I just need to know when it is done to claim it. The part wasn't billed out here, so I did not submit it with the other lines.
Jeannette Britton
dealer_or_external • Feb 10, 2026, 9:44 AM
@Stephanie K From my understanding the glass top was a WE OWE because the hardware would allow it to stay open. Parts tried ordering just the hardware but was told the entire glass top with hardware would need to be replaced. The glass top and hardware has since been recived and replaced.
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Feb 10, 2026, 10:09 AM
I put some notes in on the claim about the hardware being faulty. I don't know that they will approve it without being able to see a defect.
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Feb 10, 2026, 11:30 AM
@Jeannette B Stove top cover remains denied. Jayco needs pictures of the defect in order to approve this.
Stephanie Kendziorski

@Jeannette B Stove top cover remains denied. Jayco needs pictures of the defect in order to approve this. I am moving this work order to the paid folder. The shade was transferred to 72320-1 as was the stovetop cover. Stovetop cover at this point is not able to be claimed unless pictures of defect can be obtained.

@Stephanie K Is Jayco going to want the shade back for job #8?
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Mar 10, 2026, 6:28 PM
For the shade, it looks like as long as we have the photo of the defect and the tag, they do not require a part return. However, I do not see a picture of the tag uploaded in the portal or here in DB, so if you still have the shade, I'd get a photo of any tags on it.
Jeannette Britton
dealer_or_external • Mar 11, 2026, 9:47 AM
