Hey @Brian P, I know this one is technically for @Jeannette B but I remember when I was there she had mentioned that some of the older ones she wasn't there for. On this one, can you double check the labor times? Some of the lines don't seem like there is enough labor charged for what was done. Jobs 4, 5, 9 look like they would have been more than .1 in labor. Also, do you have pictures for lines 2 & 3?

Apologies - can you provide the model number of the TV and clarify the serial number? When I zoom in on the photo of that information, it gets too blurry and I can't read it.

@Jeannette B Job 5 - FR is not able to see any debris in the photo. Can you take the picture and zoom in or do your green dots to mark the area?
Job 6 - FR is not able to see any debris in the sealant. Please mark it in the photo, please.
Job 7 - no defect seen in the photo. FR is asking for a more clear photo.
Job 8 - FR does not see any excessive putty in the photo. This is currently denied. Can you zoom in and mark the area and I can try to get them to approve it? I can really only see in about 2 pictures anything that looks unusual.

Job 5. 6 - This is on a new unit. Tech already removed, cleaned and replaced the silicone. Job 7 - The picture does not show the screws on the back of the facia. He has to remove it to undo the straps. This job is completed also. Job 8 - If you zoom in on the pictures on that job you can see it on the first picture and on the 3rd picture you can see the silicone actually hanging down and on the ceiling. All jobs have been completed.

@Stephanie K Just to clarify, it is OK to order the TV for job #9 correct?
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Jan 16, 2026, 6:19 PM
The TV replacement is approved, but there are notes regarding getting a TV locally rather than ordering to prevent shipping damage. See below.
Per vendor: This is authorized for replacement and 0.50 hour labor. We recommend that the dealer purchases a similar unit locally to prevent possible shipping damage. We will cover up to $175.00 for the part cost, and the defective unit may be scrapped.

@Stephanie K Do you know if FR will want the TV back?
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Feb 25, 2026, 4:09 PM
The authorization states that it can be scrapped. So, no return necessary. I will say though, a lot of times with appliances and TV, since they don't need the part returned, they do typically ask for a picture of the cut cord. They don't have that request on this work order, but if you're going to be getting rid of the TV soon, you may want to cut the cord and take a picture of it. As soon as Rhi gets me the invoice, I will submit it for payment.
