@Heidi H This repair order has a number in the invoice field. Is this the claim number? Some of the other ones said "claim number" on approvals they attached, so I went by that, but if it's on the dealer system will it always have the claim number terminology or can it also be the invoice number?

@Stephanie K this is work order 64167, the claim numbers will be the number the manufacturer uses to identify the repair. Let me know if you have questions.

@Heidi H, no questions. I got the WO number, I just wasn't sure if dealers called the "claim number" something different on their printouts of the WO. I wanted to make sure to input it in the "claim number" spot in the recon sheet, if it was supposed to be. All set.
